Economist, post-graduate in Finances from the College of Business Armando Álvares Penteado-FAAP, a specialist in Higher Education, Master in Business Administration from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University and PhD in Economic History from São Paulo University- USP. He has extension courses from the University of Salamanca, Spain, California University in Berkeley, Dominican University of California, Robins School of Business and from the Management Institute the University of Richmond, Virginia.

He is Director General at the Santa Marcelina Association, maintainer of the Basic Schools and Santa Marcelina Faculties. He is a board member on the board of directors of SEMESP – Union of Maintaining Entities for Higher Education Institutions of São Paulo State. Director of ABMES – Brazilian Association of Higher Education Maintainers. Member of the FIESP Superior Council for Social Responsibility–CONSOCIAL at the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo-FIESP. Founding President of the Brazilian Association of Fundraising Professionals- ABCR. He is also an independent member on the board of directors of Santa Catarina Group, maintainer of Basic Schools, Social Assistance Organizations and Hospitals.

He held several positions in general management at large banks and financial institutions, as well as Administrative and Financial Director at the multinational Gotaverken Industria e Comércio SA, Controller of Group A. Araújo S/A - Engineering and Assembly, partner and Administrative and Financial Director of Gasa Gurgel Araújo S/A. Financial Director and President Director of Mackenzie Institute, maintainer of the Mackenzie Basic Schools and Mackenzie University from 1997 to 2005. Director General of the Rio Branco Integrated Colleges of the Foundation of Rotarians in São Paulo from 2005 to 2010. Principal Advisor of the State Council of Education of the State of São Paulo of the Chamber of Higher Education and President of the Planning Commission of the State Council of Education from 2005 to 2011. His professional career was built at Banco do Brasil where he was hired in December 1976, and worked there for 35 years, retiring in July 2011. In August 2008, he joined the Board of Directors of the Mackenzie Presbyterian Institute where he served as the Chairman of the Deliberative Council from January 2013 to June 2016.

She holds a post-graduate degree in Political Philosophy - UFPR and an MBA in Strategic Business Management from Positivo University, Executive Management from Dom Cabral Foundation and Management for Leadership - Iesde. She has already served as guest professor for post-graduate courses and MBA in Corporate Communication for universities in Paraná. She worked as a journalist for media channels such as CBN Radio and the newspaper Folha de Londrina. Since 2002 she has worked in the management of Communication and Institutional Relations in the private sector, having worked in the companies such as TIM, GRPCOM and, currently, at the Marist Group.
